everyone makes mistakes... this is an undeniable fact... but, how do we response to that? when someone else do something wrong, do we get furious immediately, or do we try to understand the situation first??? when we make mistake, do we immediately point our fingers to others and put up many unreasonable excuses, or do we admit it and ask for an apology???
hurm... this is a matter of individual... not all will have the guts to do the right thing and not all are aware of the consequences... maybe he has a dark experience that make him the way he is... but, for me, he must try to break his shell of anxiety and be a man to control the situation... everyone will mature with time and experience will be our teacher...
make mistakes, understand the situation, admit the problem and try to repair...
will it work??? ~who knows~
